Broadstone consists of single family homes, apartments, office, and retail centers. Approximately 1,300 homes were built in several different villages in Broadstone since 1991. The last phase is currently under construction and will include 650 homes. The Broadstone villages were built to appeal to first time homebuyers as well as move-up buyers with a wide range of sales prices. Currently, homes in Broadstone sell from the mid $300,000’s to the low $600,000’s. The last phase will be primarily “executive” homes and will showcase homes up to 3,800 square feet.
