EVENT HOSTED BY HISTORIC FOLSOM

At 56 years strong, this juried craft fair with 200+ artisan crafters, live entertainment, face painting, popular food trucks, and Historic District brick-and-mortar merchants and restaurateurs is the best place to find unique, quality, handmade items! The event takes place on four blocks of Historic Sutter Street and the public plaza by the landmark train turntable. The event will happen rain or shine from 9:00am to 4:00pm on Sunday, April 13th, 2025.

Parking is available at 905 Leidesdorff Street for a $5.00 cash donation to cover additional staffing costs for the event. Garage spaces are limited and will fill up early! Please consider carpooling or using Uber / Lyft.

Gold prospectors, settlers and the Pony Express rode through the center of town. The West’s first passenger train was a welcomed event. Fires destroyed many businesses in the 1860s and 1880s. New brick buildings replaced wood structures and new water mains and fireplugs provided more fire safety.
