Craig Learoyd is an electronics engineer by day, and has been an avid photographer ever since he got his first Kodak Instamatic at the age of 5. He later graduated to a Nikkormat FT where he honed his skills on this fully manual camera. Craig has been a regular photo contributor for MyFolsom.com for many years, and enjoys the adventure that the assignments bring. He also maintains his own photo blog covering subjects of local interest.
Craig is currently a resident of Folsom, having moved his family to Prairie Oaks in 2000 while pursuing new career opportunities. Craig was born in Los Gatos, and has lived in various places in both northern and southern California. Craig graduated from Cal State University, Long Beach where he received his BS in Electrical Engineering.
