Folsom’s Home Town Parade this Weekend!

A Folsom tradition is back.

For decades, the City of Folsom held a parade and Cattle Drive down the middle of Sutter Street in Folsom’s Historic District.

Several years ago, the parade was re-imagined as the Folsom Home Town Parade, and now it’s back, after the COVID hiatus.

Featuring cowboys and girls on horseback, the Ophir Prison Ban, vintage cars and more, wild west characters and more, this family-friendly event is just what the doctor ordered.

The parade is this Saturday, June 26 at 930am, and runs along Sutter from Scott to Decatur.

Plenty of parking available in the Historic District garage.

Come on down, join the fun, stick around for fun activities, the Farmer’s Market, and check out the unique shops and restaurant in the heart and soul of Folsom.
