American Idol fans are sure to remember Elliot Yamin, the soulful singer who placed 3rd in season 5 of the hit show. He’s since had a successful solo recording career including his certified gold single, ‘Wait for You.’
This Thursday, April 11, Yamin will be appearing at Harris Center in Folsom, with Chieli Minucci and the Special EFX all-stars.
Special EFX, led by guitarist, producer, Grammy nominee and 3x Emmy winner, Chieli Minucci, is an incredible collaboration of jazz musicians, including Grammy winning saxophonist Eric Marienthal, the amazing Karen Briggs on violin and cutting edge keyboardist Lao Tizer.

Kicking off the evening will be the award winning Folsom High School Jazz Band.
