The Folsom Chamber of Commerce will host this year’s annual Northern and Central California Ambassador Rally on Friday, May 16. The rally is an all-day event focused on training attendees on how to maximize their potential as chamber ambassadors.
With an array of speakers including Folsom Mayor Kerri Howell, the event is sure to be beneficial for all attendees, from young professionals to seasoned ambassadors. Topics of discussion will include tourism, social media, ambassador do’s and don’ts, perspective and much more.
“We are honored and thrilled to be hosting this year’s ambassador rally,” said Chad Bowman, Folsom Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Chair. “With over 150 ambassadors from throughout northern California scheduled to attend, this year’s event is sure to be the most dynamic yet.”
The 2014 Ambassador Rally will occur at Lake Natoma Inn in Folsom on Friday, May 16. Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. and the program will be held from 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a cocktail hour immediately following. Registration can be completed via the form on the Northern and Central California Ambassador Rally Facebook page or by emailing chad@bowmanandassoc.com. Raffle tickets can also be purchased at the event to win a basket representing each chamber attending.
This year’s rally will kick off the evening before with a entertaining mixer including a live band, line dancing and complimentary appetizers at Folsom’s historic Powerhouse Pub from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 15.
