On Wednesday morning (April 30, 2014) the Folsom Police Department seized 369 Marijuana plants and arrested four suspects as the result of a search warrant service at four residences. Three of the residences were in the City of Folsom (Hopper Lane, Rathbone Circle and Marsh Hawk Drive) while a fourth location on Linus Way in Carmichael. Investigators discovered Marijuana cultivation operations at the homes on Hopper Lane and Rathbone Circle with an estimated annual yield worth more than $1.1 million dollars.
Chin Wong (53) and his wife Robitah Mohd-Khatib (54) and Arnel Alano (50) all of Folsom were arrested as well as Di Li (39) of Carmichael. All four suspects were booked into the Sacramento County Jail on charges of Conspiracy to Cultivate Marijuana and Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell.
