Folsom’s unique Zoo Sanctuary is the recipient of a Regional Treasure Award and will be inducted in the California Park and Recreation Society’s Hall of Honor this month. The award acknowledges the Zoo Sanctuary’s positive influence on the quality of life in the Sacramento region.
