The Folsom Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating an At-Risk Missing Person. 77 year old Samuel Torres was last seen at an assisted living facility on Creekside Drive in Folsom on Thursday morning. Samuel is a white male adult, 5’9″ tall and 160 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes. Samuel is physically mobile but does not own a vehicle.
