The tree lighting at Historic Folsom has been pushed out a week. Mother Nature has come in with a wallop and has forced a postponement of the tree lighting in Historic Folsom. The new tree lighting ceremony will take place on December 7. Palladio’s tree lighting on Thursday is rain or shine.
