Folsom is expected to lose as many as 10 parks positions with upcoming budget cuts… Parks supporters are holding a rally starting at 5:30 at Lembi Park on Tuesday. From there they will march to the City Council meeting in opposition to the budget cuts. Signs and American flags are encouraged.
