Burglar’s Luck Runs Out

Just after lunchtime, on Friday, Andrew Christian Heitmeyer decided to burglarize a home on Fratis Street in Prairie Oaks. The homeowner’s nanny arrived, followed by the owner. Heitmeyer hopped a fence to a neighboring street, and tried to break into an occupied home. That homeowner chased him, and he was arrested for burglary.
