A new newspaper has just hit the stands… “ZOOM” is a free newspaper, focusing on pictures of people out and about at community events. Photographers are on hand at Folsom and El Dorado Hills gatherings, taking snapshots of attendees. The newspaper is available now at selected news stands throughout the town.
