Teen Killed; Transient Arrested

19-year old Minor Leon was stabbed to death after what police believe to be a drug deal gone bad on East Bidwell. Joshua Allen Atkins, A 22 year old transient from Folsom,was seen running nearby where the crime occurred, and was arrested for homicide. He had been carrying a knife.
