Saturday is World Rabies Day… in an effort to curb rabies in animals, local animal clinics will be giving out free shots to animals who get a new animal license within 30 days. The City of Folsom Animal Shelter is giving out shots on the 24th from 9am to 5pm, at 1770 Prairie City Rd.
