Yes, you heard that right… a man was caught on Prison grounds attempting to break in to the facility. 48-year-old Marvin Lane was caught early this morning scaling the prison fence; Lane spent time in New Folsom Prison for robbery. It is not unheard of for people to scale the perimeter to leave things for work crews to smuggle in; however after a search of the area, nothing was found.
