A Rancho Cordova woman was arrested after leaving her Pomeranian/Shih Tzy puppy “Gizmo” in her car in the Winco parking lot. The car had a window open about 2 inches, but it was apparently still too hot, as Gizmo died later that night. TiAndra Davis, 21, was arrested for animal cruelty.
