Following a stolen headstone from Mormon Island Relocation Cemetery, Sacramento County is removing all headstones with the reference to N****** Hill. A local scout troop has secured a $20,000 grant to replace the offensive headstones, but the effort was stopped when no one was sure who had jurisdiction over the cemetery.
