Folsom Police nabbed a suspect of a rash of burglaries in the area. Eric Joseph Souza, left, 29, of Mather, kept Folsom PD on a 100 MPH chase, before crashing at Oak and Iron Point and heading off on foot. The foot chase ended after he tried to swim a pond and a police dog took him out.
