Convenience store 7-Eleven has filed an application to sell alcoholic beverages, and is expected to move in to the Treehouse Shopping Center next to Folsom High School. Residents of the Treehouse community behind the shopping center are petitioning against the alcohol permit as well as the 7-Eleven itself. The only other occupant of the center is a dentist.
