With Sutter Street revitalization nearing completion, the city is looking at the next area to spruce up: the central district. The East Bidwell Street corridor by the DMV has been in dire need of some cosmetic changes, and hasn’t been updated since the 1970s. The facelift will be similar to Sutter Street’s.
