Folsom and Citrus Heights Wal-Mart stores decided to finally deploy the bagless pilot – encouraging customers to provide their own recyclable bags. If no bag is brought, customers can buy bags at 15 cents each. The pilot was originally slated for fall, but pushed back so the holiday shopping would not skew the results.
