The annual Veteran’s Day parade will be taking place Wednesday at 9 am, starting at the parking lot of Target, and following East Bidwell, Coloma and Natoma streets to the Veterans Memorial near City Hall. Grand Marshal is former Chief Warrant Officer Brian Holcomb, a Folsom resident who served in Vietnam as an Army chopper pilot and flew medevac helicopters in Iraq.
