Folsom’s Wal-Mart will be the first of three the nation to test out a new “bagless” store. Customers are asked to bring in their own reusable bags; if they have none, Wal-Mart will sell them re-usable recycleable bage at cost – 15 cents each. The pilot is going on in Folsom, Citrus Heights, and Ukiah.
