The Folsom Aquatic Center is winding down and is having a final party to celebrate. The annual “Bark & Splash Bash” invites dog owners to romp in the pool before they do the annual cleaning. Admission is $10 a dog.Animal Services will also be on hand to offer dog licenses, microchip implants ($20), and rabies vaccinations ($5).
