Folsom’s fourth Bridge, Folsom Lake Crossing, will be opening to traffic tomorrow at 4 pm. To celebrate the historic event, the city will have a ribbon cutting at 10am, and at 11:30, the public is invited to celebrate with music, vendors, and fun. A grassroots effort has even been made to show appreciation for the new bridge.
