Many people have been asking what the huge building is that’s going in on the far end of Sutter Street. Folsom Electric and Power Lighting is inspired by the nearby Folsom Powerhouse. The 4-story building will have a mixture of retail, office, and lofts, with a restaurant that has a good view of the Folsom Dam.
