The economic downturn has hit Palladio Mall… while work continues on the project, they are down to 2 work crews instead of 6. Whole Foods and Barnes & Noble have renegotiated to open in October 2010, though 16-screen Cinema West theater is anxious to be open in time for the 2009 Christmas season.
