The economic conditions continue to erode at Folsom businesses – even chains seem to be no different. Reports are now in that Black Angus has closed; Circuit City will be shutting down a number of stores; it is unknown whether the brand new store in Folsom will go. Pei Wei is rumored to be closing as well.
