Folsom Police arrested 3 young adults after an armed robbery near Prairie City and Willard Drive. Arrested were Joshua Steven Locke, Heather Michelle Bell, and Trevor Joseph Evanson, all from Rancho Cordova. Officers recovered the victim’s wallets in a trash bin outside a convenience store located in the 13000 block of Folsom Blvd.
