The City of Folsom has officially sanctioned water restrictions throughout the city. Restrictions include reducing water usage to 3 days a week. Residents with even street numbers water on Wednesday, Friday and Sundays. Those with odd number addresses water on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays. Use sprinklers between 10pm and 10am.
