A drunk driver hit 2 cyclists on Wednesday in El Dorado Hills, and both are in critical condition. Kathi Sturgeon, the pastor of women’s ministries at Lakeside Church, and Katherine Hurd, are at Sutter Roseville and UCD Medical Center, respectively. 19-year old Brandi Thomas was arrested for felony DUI resulting in great bodily injury.
