El Dorado Hills and Folsom residents are on watch for a suspicious vehicle that appears to be stalking children. Fortunately no crime has been committed, but 3 separate incidents document a black vehicle (ranging from an AstroVan to an SUV), with a white man in his 40s with salt and pepper hair. The man has been approaching children brazenly and asking if they are alone.
