Palladio Mall Gets a Tenant

The mysterious Palladio Mall, rumored to be coming to Folsom since the late ’90s, has finally secured a tenant – Cinema West, a 16-screen theater. Other businesses rumored but not confirmed, include Whole Foods, PF Chang’s, Barnes & Noble, and Coldwater Creek.
