Folsom Lake Bank Opens With $16M

Folsom Lake Bank, the second startup bank in Folsom this year, opened up with $15.9 million, raised by shareholders of the bank. The bank is located on Sutter Street, at the corner of Sutter and Decatur. Commerce Bank of Folsom opened in March.
