Car Bomb Rocks Folsom

You read it correctly… KCRA and Fox40 News has reported that a Folsom resident was affected by a car bomb. Some sort of incindiary device was thrown in to a minivan at approximately 3am. Investigators are looking in to whether this was a hate crime, as the victims were of Fiji descent. A white male was seen running from the crime.
