Vets to Get Upgraded Memorial

With the new library to take up the old Farley Field (in honor of a fallen Folsom veteran), the city has decided to upgrade the veterans’ memorial with several sculptures and a flag court. Marshall Farley’s surviving brother, Michael, is in support of this new project. FUll details in today’s Bee.
