Folsom Aims to Please Bikers, Pedestrians

In an effort to make the city of Folsom more pedestrian-friendly, it is holding community workshops to see what the residents want in terms of sidewalks. Specifically, the Historic district seems to be lacking walking areas, though some are concerned sidewalks would take away from its unique character. More in the Sacramento Bee.
