Intel Folsom Turns 20

In 1984, Folsom was a rural town on the outskirts of the county, whose economy was fueled by Folsom Prison. Intel decided to build a satellite campus at what is now Prairie City Road and Iron Point – in the middle of nowhere at the time. Today Intel is the largest employer in the Sacramento Valley, and still has a little room to grow. Full Story.
