9/11 Remembrance Planned

The City of Folsom’s Police and Fire Departments will hold their third annual memorial ceremony to honor those who lost their lives in the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attack at 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 11. The ceremony will be held at 48 Natoma St., directly in front of the former fire station adjacent to City Hall. The event includes a flag-raising, 21-gun salute and speeches by dignitaries. The public is invited to attend and participate in the remembrance ceremony.
