Traffic Signal May be a Compromise

Residents are not happy with any traffic during rush hour on Sibley Street. Commuters are not happy with being funneled in to 1 main road. The city is meeting them in the middle by installing a traffic light at Glenn & Sibley, with strict enforcement of the 25 MPH residential speed limit. More in the Telegraph.
