Best in the West? Perhaps

Folsom recently made Money magazine’s “Best places to live” in the Western region, population under 100,000 category. Unfortunately, they mysteriously vanished, and some are claiming it’s a cover up, as it was omitted accidentally by the print version. The web profile of Folsom still includes Folsom as a “Hot town”.
