Broadstone Mall Confirmed – Construction Will Begin in 2004

Elliott Homes just announced that a regional mall will definitely be built right next to a new Kaiser Permanente hospital in East Folsom. The mall would be quite unusual, as it is being built without signed tenants, will include a high-rise condominium, will have parking on the interior (as opposed to exterior), and will be buit in “clusters”.
