Traffic Calming Not Well Received By Motorists

The city’s attempts at diverting traffic away from residential areas has failed, at least in the eyes of motorists. Drivers are routinely ignoring “no right turn” areas, more than 1 in 4 are breaking the law. Partially to blame are police officers for failing to issue citations, however one thing’s for sure, traffic in Old Folsom is a mess. More in the Telegraph.
