Urban Boundary May Stop Folsom Expansion

An environmental group which has the goal of curbing urban sprawl and preserving open space has targeted open land south of 50, with the intention of making it difficult for Folsom to expand south. The group is trying to raise $100-150,000 and push a public vote on any attempt to annex the land. More is in the Bee
