Measure P Catches Up With City
It is apparent that sweeping the water meter issue under the rug is starting to catch up with the city of Folsom. It is now forced to deal with a federal requirement of retrofitting 6,600 homes in Folsom with water meters, but the passage of Measure P means it can’t pass the cost on to homeowners.
