Folsom General Plan Needs Updating

The City of Folsom has been growing so much in the last few years, it has already approaching capacity. With the closure of the Dam Road and low-income housing now in the mix, the city looks to the future for planning. By 2009, the city should have almost 70,000 residents, up from 53,000 in 2000.
