Folsom-Cordova to Cut 98 Jobs
Tough times call for tough measures. Facing a state-wide budget cut, the Folsom-Cordova School District have decided to cut 98 jobs off its payroll. The school district was largely able to do this by removing the 20:1 teacher/student ratio that is currently mandated. Calisornia School Employees Association has already filed suit for unfair labor practices. More is in the New Folsom Telegraph website.
