State May Slash Affordable Housing Budget
Low-Income housing critics may be interesting in hearing that due to the State’s budget crisis, the $500 million budget set aside for affordable housing may be cut. What this means is that low-income housing may not be a safe option for many cities, including Folsom. Since affordable housing is not a popular issue with many California cities, it stands on top of the list of funds to be cut to be placed back in to the state’s general fund. More on News10.Net.
