Development Deal Could Go a Long Way Towards Affordable Housing
A 200-unit development next to Folsom High School may possibly soon be in the works, with 60 units that would be considered “low income” housing, in the form of deut homes scatted throughout the neighborhoods. Sacramento-bases BLAS-B Corporation would be the developers, and would require an additional 11 acres to be rezoned, bringing the total area of land directly surrounding the high school to 32 acres.
